It was reported by the CMC, that the rematch between Cruiserweight champion O'Neil Bell and Jean-Marc Mormeck, is set to take place on March 17 in France. Promoter Don King who won the rights to stage the bout, is going to place the bout at the Levallois-Perret Centre in France. [details]

This is should be a great fight to watch. I hope its on Showtime........ I kinda hope Mormeck wins so that we can have a trilogy fight. -
I have Mormeck in this one. I don't think he'll plod forward throwing those heavy shots while tiring himself out this time. I think Mormeck can make more adjustments to win...and theres the factor of Bell being unpredictable.

Mormeck's stock plummeted after losing the first fight...remember he was odds-on favorite to become the undisputed cruiser champ and then move up to heavyweight and challenge for belts there.
Now this rematch is considered a Don King-bribery induced joke by guys like Dan Rafael. Sure, a Dale Brown rematch makes sense, and there are other cruisers deserving of a shot, but it's not like Mormeck is Jameel McCline or Monte Barret getting undeserving title shots left and right.
Good fight, and I'll go with Mormeck by DK-induced shady decision.
