What the hell are you talking about?

Meaning in the ring....Chavez accomplished little after 1996. He hardly won any big fights from 1996-on, therefore he doesn't make the list for the greatest fighters of the last TEN years.

If we're going to have guys there who fought after 1996 but didn't win any big fights in that time frame, then we ought to have Leonard and Duran there as well.

Who said he wasn't a legend?

I'm talking about his ring accomplishments in the last 10 years. What he did before then should be irrelevant in coming up with a greatest fighters list of the last ten years. Only fights that took place from 1997 on should be considered.

He had about 100 wins before 1997, BTW.
