      Off of Hugh there.

Hatton could beat Mayweather. This talk that Rick has ducked Floyd is silly.

HBO wanted that fight. They were hyping it during Gatti/Mayweather.

Floyd was asked directly by HBO about Hatton several times.

Floyd passed him of as someone who had to build himself up. (excuse)

He later said Hatton was WWF. (excuse)

Who cares how Hatton fights? He's aggressive and he ****in wins.

Ricky would kick an unknown number of peoples ass. Maybe anyones.

Dude I already know. Some of these same people criticized Floyd for fighting Mitchell for a tune up, a former champion. Now every chance Hatton gets he saying Mayweather's name. Enough is enough! None of those guys he is fighting now is going to prepare him for Floyd. He'll never be ready!

            You've already said that.

Know it's time for texture and color.

Where and when did you hear that?

Give me a link or some quotes.

dude I don't know where you have been or what you have been looking at, but it is a well known fact Floyd has called Hatton out several times even when he was at 140. Search on this site and you'll see numerous articles of him offering a fight and Hatton saying "Next Year" every year since 2004.

Ready in a business sense. If you're Hatton you want to fight Floyd at the peak of Floyd's stardom, and Hatton's in America. If Hatton beats Castillo, and Floyd beats Oscar, then the two will have gained much more visibility. I'm not saying the fight would happen the, but it would be a bigger fight than it would have been say eighteen months ago (when it actually would have been a better fight). Before Hatton's three HBO fights (Collazo, Urango, Castillo) he was not known to the average American HBO viewer who does not download English fights from the internet.

Oh you mean ever since before what happened to Kostya Tszyu.

Mayweather shut his yap after that.

true, I agree. The fight will be bigger, but whose to say it would'nt have been big after the Gatti fight and Kostya fights. Why didn't Hatton put together some noticeable wins after the Kostya fight? And if that is truly his intentions why cont. to call his name every year, but take no action to see that come to fruition?
