    Young Heavyweights?

As everyone well knows the heavyweight division is in a terrible state. There is no-one that can provide any sort of excitement! The only guy who looks like he could do anything is Valuev but thats just because he's so big no-one can hurt him. If Toney can actually train and lose the flab maybe he could turn it on but thats a big maybe! Does anyone know of any young upcoming heavyweights that could tear through this division and capture the fan's imagination again?

The Heavyweight your looking for is still an amutuer. It's 2005 Cadet World Champion Isiah Thomas (not the former Piston).

The heavyweight you seek is right here typing. but I'm a bit too filled with jack daniels to do anything about the current chrisis.
honestly i really can't see much talent on the rise. I don't think we'll have a new Tyson or Ali any time soon.

i saw him fight at the palace on a kronk boxing card, he is an excellent technical fighter and emmanuel steward calls him the best young american prospect.... he does have some filling out to do physically and i would expect that he begins his career as a cruiserweight.

as far as best heavyweight prospcts go, IMO the top two young guys who have heavyweight title potential are both fighting at cruiserweight at the moment.... david haye (GBR) and johnathon banks (USA)

the top american heavyweight "prospects" such as chambers, chapman, witherspoon, butler, walker are nothing more than pretenders w/ more than their fair share of shortcomings.
