Pacquiao's Next Fight..... Besides MAB, JMM, Guzman, And Valero

There is talk of a rematch against Barrera, but the ongoing battle between Golden Boy and Top Rank will make it unlikely that the rematch will not happen by March or April. In another thread, there is talk about a Barrera vs JM Marquez fight. Joan Guzman is also another possible opponent but he is also promoted(or co promoted) by Golden Boy, this being the fight might not happen also. Valero is also been line up against Pac but according to Valero's camp that he needs 3 more fights before facing Pacquiao.

Manny Pacquiao can't fight in the US cause of the ongoing promotional problems. But since he has his own boxing promotions, he can set up his own fight in the Philippines. If an opponent his willing to come to Philippines to face Pac, then who should be his next opponent be?

-Barrios, lost to Guzman but still a good fighter and has knockout power.
-Rocky, gave a good fight to MAB in1st fight(should have been a draw) but outbox in the rematch.
-Soto, defeated Juarez and won 17 and 1 NC in his last 18 fights.
-Klassen, beat St. Claire for the IBF championship.
-Any members have an opponent they have in mind?

My choice will be Klassen. I don't know much about Klassen but he holds a world title. Its time for Pac to earn a title.

i say go for valero if u can get barrera. thats a fight i would wanna watch.

Pacquioa should treat his fans in the falipines to a fight, IN THE PHILAPINES!!!!

And thats where a valero fight would have to be held right?

        OOOOOOOOOO well in that case...

-Definetly not Barrios. If you have the choice of Guzman, who won their fight, it would be a ****** management decision. ALmost like taking a step backward. But the fight is more then winable.

-And Definetly not Rocky either. MAB just beat him twice. And since its MAB thats fighting for the shot at PAC, and not the other way around, there would no point. If pac was chasin MAB, it would be good to say i beat the guy you struggled to beat... but this isnt the case.

-Don't know much about whats goin on with Soto... so no comment

-Besides st clair who has he beaten to earn a shot at any top 5 p4p fighter? nothing.

He could fight Acelino Freitas... I heard the guy retired, but then he said he was comin back... or something. not sure on that one... But I think FREITAS just recently went up to 135 in his last few fights, so comin down to 130 shouldnt be TOO big problem

Maybe Masquera, or juan Diaz if he's willing to go up. Or even Casamayor if hes willing to go up.

Idk... you pretty much got all his big name opponents...
