Sources close to the situation have informed **********.com that Don King and Shelly Finkel are working on a Fernando Vargas-Ricardo Mayorga HBO PPV in March or April. No date has been solidified as this goes to print, but evidently a deal is very close to being reached.

With all the good potential worthy PPVs next year, this should be on regular HBO. PPV or not, 2007 is shaping up to be a good year. I'll go to a bar and watch this though
