Alot of these fighters from japan/thailand/filipino have the potential to make names for themselves in the west but they seem to be content with staying in their homeland. I'd like to see eagle kyowa fight ivan calderon but the only way that's happening is if he comes to the states, i can't see calderon going over there.Comment

I agree with all of you except for the comment that filipino only wants to fight in thier country. If given an opportunity all filipino fighters wants to fight in the U.S. or anywhere there would be more money. If only the United States were a little closer.Comment

I'm not sure of this but it looks like it's true. The tax cut and the training expenses might be taking a huge chunk of the purse being offered, considering that the boxer always travel with his whole team.Comment
