This sounds interesting. The last doc like this was following Corely though and he ended up getting UD'd.

Yeah, the commentators for the Brit feed of his last fight... link... mention the doc crew. Cool idea. Not sure they will get their desired ending (a big title shot), but he's got the character and history for an interesting doc. Definitely a neat perspective rather than your usual established, champ-based sports docs.

sweeet, i would love to see a whole movie about augustus... hopefully they'll get lots of footage of him doing the puppet stuff

Augustus is a legend and I hope the movie comes out, does great, and gets his name out there, as well as making him some extra money.

I'd really love to see him get a big title shot. The guy has more than paid his dues.

I'd definately like to see him get a big title shot, right now he has the WBC Continental Americas Light Welterweight Title. Is he going to keep going and are the going to geep filming until he gets a big one, or is that it for the doc?

I think he deserve to be HOF because how he carried himself in the ring and never gave up.

i think many people will disagree with me here even though he got 25L no boxers these days are going to be looked at if they got 25L only Augusts and that think need hard work and a style to be sutiable to fans even though he could look if he clowns around
