It's been the talk for close to a month now. Filipino posters have shown great anticipation over the past days.

It has been reported as part of the Philippines vs. Mexico card that shall also feature Gerry Penalosa against Johnny Gonzalez for the WBO Bantam belt and Z Gorres vs Fernando Montiel for Montiel's WBO SuperFly crown. Jimrex Jaca and the prospect Alex John Banal will also be seeing action in non-title tiffs against Mexicans, it was said.

I don't know that everything has been firmed up. Golden Boy Promotions is reported to be behind it. It's going to the GBP's first in Asia, I think.

ever since the Sod fight DeLeon power seemed overrated too much.

Here is some facts about the Sod vs DeLeon:
- The first fight it took to a distance for 12 round it was close fight and Sod though he won.
- The punch deLeon hit with is really one of these punch that he threw all his body and Sod threw his striaght right all he body but missed. so if you wanna see it if DeLeon missed and Sod hit i think it will be the same result but favoring Sod. That is why the punch is brutal

Bautista's got a bright future but this fight is to early. i see this going down like Margarito-Cintron, Deleon is a rough strong dirty fighter who'll do what ever it takes to win. Bautista's ganna get frustrated and either get Tko or lose by SD
