Did you also lose respect for Miranda after promising that he will KO Abraham?? He couldn't KO a man with a broken jaw and now people are comparing his power to Julian Jackson.

Mora is no slouch, but not in Taylor's kind of class.
I suppose this is a good fight, but I'd like to see Taylor v.s. Miranda A.S.A.P.

Hey man, he ****ed Abraham up bad. Crushed his jaw and may have put him into retirement. All this in Germany, plus he was robbed like nothing I have seen before. I'm very happy with Pantera's performance.
No comparison to Taylor's poor preformance.Comment

Anyone jaw can break at anytime, I agree Miranda was robbed but it's not the worse I've seen, you can't tell me he looked impressive facing a guy with a broken jaw.Comment

Bull****. Open your eyes, Taylor's style has always been to back up himself. He backs up swinging that arm low and trying to land long blows and the jab. Only complaints for Taylor from me was that he wasted too much energy, and clinched a little too much. He didn't look good but he didn't suck. It was more entertaining than Winky's fight with Quartey IMO.Comment

You know, I have mixed emotions about Mora and Manfredo getting titleshots based on being on a T.V. show; but I'll side with "for the good of the sport". Consider these boys sacrificial lambs being placed on the alter and offered up to the boxing gods to bring back the popularity the sport once enjoyed.
Both have a casual fan following who cheered with them and cried with them and watched them give their all and talk smack in prime-time. Most of their fans have never seen an undercard bout, if even ever a World Championship bout. So when they follow their "favorite contenders" to the ring for these two fights, they'll be introduced to two of the best in the world; and even though they'll be rooting against them and shocked as hell when both Joe and Jermaine slaughter their vaunted heroes, at least they'll get a glimpse at what a World Championship Boxer looks like....and maybe, just maybe, they'll come back for more to watch those guys who never met Sly Stallone or Ray Leonard slug it out every three to four months with no fanfare at all.
It's for the best. Mora, Manfredo...your asswhoopings will not be in vain; it's for the greater good.
