It's getting so bad that it's not even funny:

Max: Champ, what do you think about him getting hit like that?

Lewis: Definitely. Yeah, well he's getting hit and he can't get hit like that. He has to work on not getting hit with the right hand.

Max: So, in other words champ....he should use some lateral movement

    Lewis: Absolutely.
I feel ya.. It always seems like he's just repeating what the other commentators said

I will take Lennox Lewis over Manny Steward or Foremon anyday. I think Lewis and Max with Lampley makes a great team. Definitely!

The problem with lewis is that he favors every fighter for fighting his style. If you ask lewis what to do he'll say, "he needs to stay away, throw that jab and than land the right hand". Other than that he does not give any valuable information about the fight.

The best boxer commentator that Ive heard on HBO is Roy Jones JR. He knows what he is talking about

          I concur.

Simply because Steward becomes redundant and George was always wrong about fights. He'd say things like: "Oh he better look out for that punch." when the other is just getting his ass beat. He'd do it over and over just for suspense I suppose......

I liked Roy because he spoiled fights LOL. He'd say something in the second round like: Oh this fight is over. Just look for the same thing to happen for the rest of the fight, he has no defense for that. And 9/10 times they went exactly as he called them.

For pure factual knowledge yes Roy is the best I've seen.

Yeah Lewis was laughing at the Judah-Floyd brawl.

"Can you believe it" while he was laughing in the middle

I think he loved it when Maskaev KOed Rahman. Lennox went "AND IT IS OVAAAAA" lmao.

I would like Roy Jones to come back, or try someone else. That absolutely, definently crap is a little annoying. AND then there's ILLUBRICATED...

                      My 2 favourite RJ quotes:
                      1. During, Hopkins vs Taylor I, when hopkins started to come on late, as RJ predicted from the start, and RJ says to Merchant:
                      "There's that deepwater Larry"

                      2. During Toney Vs Ruiz, RJ comments on Toney's counter right hand:
"Ruiz is standing up straight and getting caught with that right hand, he must be having flashbacks." (referring to his fight with ruiz)
