Maybe its Mirandas body type, tall lanky guy gets trangled up easily, his style could get awkward. Thats what I like about Middleweight, they have different styles with Winky, Taylor ect

That was my 1st time watching him fight and I dont think he was that sloopy, I tought he was going to be wild with wide pounches something like a mayorga style but he was patient and shooting down the middle.

Miranda barely had time to show us anything- that fight barely started before it was over. That said, he looked like he possessed decent skill to me. Taylor is by no means the most slick fighter on the planet and as soon as I saw that KO my mouth began to water fro Taylor-Miranda. Just seems like a real, top quality middleweight fight.

Yea, the true boxing fans want Miranda vs Taylor. That would be full of fireworks. Who really wants Taylor to fight Mora and what does Taylor gain from it?

The fans want to see action and want to see if Taylor can handle Miranda's raw power. Cmon Taylor, get some balls and fight Pantera!!!!

True.....True.I have watched like the last 5 Miranda fights and just love the guy.I think he would bring the beast out in Taylor or defintely let us find out exactly how good Taylors beard is.......If it is really good Taylor/Miranda would be explosive.

Sloppiness from one or both contestants does not equate to a fight being boring. Lewis-Klitschko was a sloppy fight and one of the most dramatic and exciting in recent years.

I agree. Some posters, and I included, have felt the need to point this out just in order to counteract the excitement surrounding this guy.m People love a KO artist, but it's important also to recognize when a KO artist is only a good boxer. A star is not yet born here; Miranda looked terrible against Abraham, who himself is not giving Taylor or Wright nightmares. Miranda's an entertaining puncher but maybe not quite a worldclass boxer. That's fine, but all this "Abraham is in trouble" talk and especially the predictions that Miranda could beat Taylor are a little premature.

                    what fight were you watching?

Miranda was calculated and never threw a telegraphed punch until he had Gibbs hurt. When he did, he was pounding on him in the corner.

Miranda never just "ran straight at Gibbs with his arms all over the place".

Its not like Taylor has a defense, unless you call backing into a corner defense. So Miranda has a far better than punchers chance and the fact that Taylor has not faced a big middleweight like Miranda before. It would be one of Taylors more exciting fights, win or lose.
