BoxRec HW Rating is way out of wack again

    How the f... can:

1 - Toney, who lost and drew his last two fights be at #5
2 - Ruiz, who is 0-2-1 in his last 3 fights be rated at #7
3 - Brewster who lost his last fight and has been inactive for 8 month be at #8
    4 - Lyakhovich was dropped to #25

    A lot of craziness...

I mean those are all top 10 fighters (except Lyakhovich) but if Boxrec rating is strictly based on performance and activity, then I bet some human interaction is interfering

I've become convinced that boxrec draws names out of a hat.

And the only reason I seldomly check their ratings is for pure amusement.

Though I do think #5 is where Toney should be, roughly.

How the hell can they reason putting Liakhovich that low? He's still definitely a top ten fighter.

There is no accurate heavyweight list, just opinion, that's how bad the division is. I have an opinion on who the top guys are, just like the rest of you.

Boxrec uses a point system that carries of from one weight class to the next. If you look at the alltme heavies I think Ezzad Charles is #1. Given that it makes sense to have Toney on top
