    lmao.

Dude come on....DLH is one of my all time favorite fighters.and if anything,Ive been unfarily critical of floyd when hes been fighting these boring ass fights.I think Im being realistic. This is a past his prime, inactive oscar, close to retirement, who sustained injuries in a fight he dominated(against mayora) Going up against the recognised p4p fighter in his prime.

Its not easy for me to picture an oscar victory. If you dont believe me check my other posts,Ive said over and over that oscar is one of my all time favorites, the only other fighter I like as much,is Cotto.

I disagree with that. I also think Floyd cares alot about going undefeated but I also dont think that he has any doubt at all that he could beat Mosley, Hatton, & Cotto, e****ally if he's capable of beating a very good Oscar at 154

no way is he gonna totally walk away from the ring at the age of 29 (soon to be 30). no1 has ever done that, hes still too young to retire. he'll probly quit for a while and come back.

i think he just wants a break, so hes gonna retire. but he'll be back.

If the money is there Mayweather will be too its all he cares about at this point. The game and has twisted him and his attitude reflects that.

not just the money, if he sees a way to advance his legacy in boxing history, u bet u're ass he'll fight again - if he saw an easy fight for a middleweight title against a featherfisted guy

I believe De La Hoya is going to defeat Mayweather by UD. As for his career afterward, I remain very unsure. To be honest I really don't care unless Floyd signs matches I want to see. Thus far I've only ever really wanted to see 3. Castillo, Judah, and now, De La Hoya. For the most part we always expect his matches to be completely one-sided and that just turns me off.

I'm not ragging on him for his skill but him fighting guys like Gatti and Baldomir doesn't exactly thrill me. I understand he's the most talented fighter in the sport but he's certainly not the most exciting. I really don't care to watch his 12 round shut-out, pot-shotting, borefests. I'm not saying I want him knocking guys out or anything, I just want, more competitive competition. And unless that comes along, I don't care if he stays or goes. It's his decision.

I won't lose any sleep if he leaves the sport.

i am sure he will retire hes been saying it all year

according to claude abrams mayweather's plan from december last year was to have 3 more fights

judah,de la hoya, winky wright and then retire undefeated, well he fought judah then won the true 147 belt beating baldomir and will now fight ODLH

also when you keep breakin a hand and beating world class fighters with 1 hand its no wonder you dont think you get the credit you deserve
