    Toney vs Billy Blanks

    Billy Blanks is supposed to be training Toney now.

    He's got Toney down to 1 chicken bucket per meal by riding him daily like a rodeo circuit bullrider and making him eat a bale of hay before every meal. Word is that Toney has gone from a C to B cup bra size and vows to be in a training bra by the Peter fight.

    Cheerios for TwoTon who should consider a pink tutu for that fight also.

    Bad news is that Boozo has been kicked out of training camp and forced to deliver dozens of chicken buckets to the local homeless shelter during training. Good news is that Boozo has spotted some major fatboys down there once the word got out and has several future prospects lined up now!

    toney is on 1500 calories per day lifting weights running ans eating nothing but chicen fish and vegtables right now.. toney said he was only going to fight 2 or 3 more fights .. but since he was robbed he said now its 2 or 3 more years and he feelsso great right now purifier his body it might be 5 or 6 more years..

        Dude, do u understand that what you say is nonsense?
        If he only had 1500 calories, he would not be able to train, I am not even talking about fighting. Thats too little for anyone, especially for a professional athlete.
        ANd he would definately not feel "great", more like exhausted and depressed.

          no 1500 calories is the minimum a male can eat with out loosing muscle mass.. he eats 5, 300 calorie meals per day with alot of water.. hes bench pressing 335 ..2 weeks before the fight he will carb up ..

            not true, if you engage in hard physical activities, you loose a lot of calories and 1500 is clearly not enough. For a regular male who does not do much sports, 2000 is the norm. And, 3 meals are not enough, its 3 meals and 2 snacks. And I would not believe Toney is only eating 1500, he would just get exhausted too soon.

              ....All this talk about Toney getting into shape is all bull**** pre-fight nonsense IMO. I bet he still gets in the ring looking like a fat sack of ****. He just can't help himself.

                1500 is appropriate if someone is trying to lose weight. As long as he is getting enough complex carbs and protein he should be fine.

                  Toney can get by on 1500 calories. He has a lot of fat already stored as energy. Once he loses a certain amount of fat he will need to go to normal calorie intake, which might be around 2000-2400 calories for him. For now, he needs protein as a high percentage of his 1500 calories so that his muscles will be fine as he loses weight.
