That would sell, and it would be competetive.

I would be all for it especially since I feel it is 1-1 anyway.I would like to see at 168 or 175 though because Hopkins looked really good against Tarver and if he was more aggresive with Jermain he would beat him.

I also doubt tho Taylor wants any part of that......although he could make tons of dough so maybe.

Whether Taylor won the first two fights or not, I don't feel this fight is good for boxing.

It's not a good fight for Hopkins, Taylor or Boxing in general. I think it would be very tough for Hopkins to come in at 160 at this point, without his body suffering tremendously.

Regardless of who won the fights officially, and despite who you personally saw as the victor, I doubt Bernard would profit from fighting a third Taylor fight. First of all, where is the debate for another fight? I mean, on paper, especially for those who are casual boxing fans, Taylor beat Hopkins for the title and then beat him again in a rematch. Why bother doing it again? That wouldn't help hype up the fight. As far as what is good for B-hop if he comes back...fighting the young, athletic Taylor is not it. He may have some gas left in the tank but he is an aging fighter, quite near the end of his career (if not past it) who should think twice about stepping in the ring with young bucks. Taylor-Hopkins III does not spell a good outcome for Hopkins for me. I mean, if he returns from his retirement to be beat for a third time by Taylor....where is the momentum to continue his comeback? That would be his first and last fight post-retirement and deflate some of the steam he has gained by whooping Tarver.

No, I'd rather see him fight at Cruiserweight.

He could become the unified champ there and would have little trouble dispatching guys like Bell, Braithwaite, Mormeck and company.

They just aren't on his level and maybe then we'd have a legitimate unified cruiserweight champion who can defend the title a few times.

He could fight untill he's 46 or 47 thus I firmly believe.
