But it is irrefutable that Guzman has a good chin, especially after taking shots from Barrios.

I am a big Guzman fan by the way.
He got caught with sloppy awkward punches that were thrown on the inside, they had no power on them at all and would get partially blocked by his glove/head movement.

Watch the fight again, he got his body worked more than his face.. which is probably why the judges scored it alot closer than it was, but I had it 118-110 both times I watched it.

    How did you score it?

I honestly don't remember. It's a while since I watched the fight, but I distinctly remember more than one flush punch by Barrios, even if they weren't all perfectly flush.

I'll watch it again and let you know. Great card that night wasn't it? Apart from the main event of course.

Most definately, was Vasquez/Gonzalez on the same card? I can't really remember either.. but Barrera failed to impress, it's a good thing the Guzman/Barrios fight was on the card.

Yeah, Vasquez-Ghonzalez was on that card. I remember staying up to watch that Barrera fight. I do appreciate a masterclass like that, but maybe not when I've stayed up till 5am, know what I mean?

Do you honestly thing Guzman could beat Pac at this stage? It's one of the fight s that should be made for Pacquiao. He should be fighting hungry, young fighters now, rather than men who have been there and done it. It's a completely different ball game, especially against someone with the ring smarts of Guzman.

Guzman is the only real threat to Manny at 130lbs. The only way I see this match playing in Manny's favor is if he decides to trade with Manny like he did with Barrios. Though ****, Barrios even with the weight advantage he couldn't dent Guzman. So I dunno, this could be a Floyd Mayweather with Erik Morales's past chin type of guy. A total distaster for Manny.

Deinitely its a great fight if it happens...Unfortunately, money talks.Although MAB-PAC 2 is a complete mismatch, it will generate the most cash so that will be the fight that Pac's handlers would really chase.Even JMM-PAC would be bigger than Guzman-Pac, PPV wise, since Marquez is sure to have the Mexican and Latino market supporting him. There is a raging PAC vs Mexico rivalry that promoters are keen on taking advantage of...So although Im really hoping PAC-Guzman happens, im not counting on it to happen in the near future.

I don't hate on every boxer my favs. are gonna fight like ya'll do. I give credit where it is do.. I dislike Floyd for a lot of reasons. Mainly because he lives here in Las Vegas and my friends who work in clubs and have meet him all say hes and ******* and also his arrogance. I give him credit for his skills but I'm not going to go to every Floyd thread and dis him. Ya'll tend to do that...Pacman has a threat or an opponent and you diss him for some reason I dunno why... You insecure there boy?? lol Raid every pacquiao thread and talk about how he can fight Super Man and K.O. him in 1 round...Maybe even go up against Godzilla! I like Pacquiao, I don't hate on him. I think he is a true champ and acts like how a true champ should act!
