When will he fight a real opponent... he has only foguht people that are paid to survive a round and he was knocked down and almost out ...

anyway i heard alot of reports say he was gonna fight Joe Calzaghe but that would end his career...
let me know who do you think is a good belt holder that would make a good fight or equal with Allan Green and what do you see in him?

lacy turned it down, not green... there's lots of fighters i'd like to see in against green. one of them is alejandro berrio, lacy would be good once his rotator cuff heals, i'd like to see green fight lucian bute, or kessler

Green is being turned down by the upper tier of opponents and isnt ready to fight championship fighters yet.
Give him time and he will be ok.

I think he forgot about what happened 30 seconds later, when he composed himself, started landing good shots, and controlling the pace again, leading to a huge one puch KO via left hook.

That fight is why Calzaghe didn't fight him instead of agreeing to fight Glen Johnson before that fell apart and he went to Bika. Green didn't deserve Calzaghe after almost being KO'd by his sparring partner.

HOWEVER, he has bounced back nicely with the Ravelo win and I do think at this point he's worthy of a shot after Calzaghe fights Manfredo and then Taylor and/or Kessler.

Obviously he'll have to keep busy and get a couple more wins before then, and it would be great if one of those was a fight vs. Bute for the official 'next in line' challenger spot on the line (after Kessler, of course).
