Calzaghe will tear Taylor a new one if/when they fight.

Even if I wasn't a fan of Calzaghe, which I am, Calzaghe has the skills and size to bring it to Taylor.. he's looking pretty vulnerable in this fight against a possible Welterweight.

I am not sure if Taylor is running out of gas because he is fighting at 160, which for his frame and size is hard, or if he just doesn't have a tank big enough to hold the proper amount of gas needed to go 12.

Taylor would lose to Joe if that is the problem...plus, Taylor still needs another year to get better, if he can, in boxing skills.

I would route for Taylor but I think Joe will mark him up pretty bad. Taylor never picks his hands up. He's too sloppy.

A year would be too late, the clock's also ticking for Calzaghe, Taylor beat the #1 P4P fighter in the world twice, and drew with the #2, surely he's ready for Calzaghe.. who this time last year was totally disregarded and unmentioned.

Taylor wasted many years not learning and training properly to be a top boxer, he needs more time.

Winky was a 154 pound Champion, and not exactly a young fighter.

Bernard, my Grandfather used to watch him fight in his prime, and my Gramps has passed away.

Joe should fight Kessler...I really don't understand the whole Kessler hype at the moment, but maybe if I watch more of his other fights I will see something I missed.

Let's step back before we evaluate this fight. Joe looked sorta shaky against Sakio Bika but since Taylor's fight is fresher in the minds he is perceived as weaker. I would rather see a second fight with Wright first though

He's Danish. They're a bit over excited about having someone who might be able to cut it at world level.

If the start of the thread is accurate it seems further confirmation of the summer clash between Calzaghe and Taylor.

Taylors totally outgrown the middleweight division and really needs to move up on his next bout hopefully vs calzaghe but i really see him having no chance vs calzaghe he will get cut up all night calzaghes just to fast and smart to let taylor bully him in tht bout
