Look in the Global Boxing Lounge for my opinion.

Good, not great performance from Khan.

He looked sharp. Fast hands. Good pop.
Needs the killer instinct back. When he takes steps up he doesn't have that same knockout ability.
Anoyingly he doesn't have Hamed's power or talent but he may just have the desire and discipline to succed where Naseem failed.

Great performance, but he's shown that he's also very vulnerable.. a decent fighter could capitalize on his weakness to overhand rights.

The knockdown was rubbish, he had nowhere to move and fell backwards.

Amir Khan looked good and won his first title fight, He is currently ranked 4th in the british rankings, ill upload the fight soon, I think he needs 6 more fights before going for the world title, amir would take it slowly, dont do a david reid... he will be well managed, and he needs to urgently change his trainer Oliver Harrison, seriously that guy does nothing good for Amir Khan, the only reason Khan hired because he lives near lol. And these 6 more fights im talking about would be Intercontinental titles or European/ British titles, etc.

Yeah I thought he kept taking steps back when he had hurt the guy. Would of liked to see him offload at that point but kept backing off.

Seemed to be pacing it too much for my liking.

Good but not great performance. I really wanted that poser of a frog to get K.O'd aswell. He was extremely annoying. When I saw his entrance I thought it was something off Strickly Come Dancing

I had it 99 92 giving the other guy two even rounds.

I thought the commentators were incredibly hard on him (amazingly, given that the ITV commentators are so first rate ) I mean, even Stevie ****ing Wonder could see that Khan had his leg trapped in the ropes and fell over without taking a punch, but that shouting idiot McKenzie couldn't see that after THREE replays.

Are you serious? Khan won and won clearly but he was far from impressive. The flaws are there, they are engrained in him and unless there are some drastic changes behind the scenes he will never win a world title....a genuine world title.
