Margarito was hit by a punch.

That means he should retire from boxing because he's overrated.

I saw the glove hit his face.

He was hit by many punches, and missed about 400 wide, looping hooks.
Keep in mind he is only overrated my some.

cuz people like to hate. they underrate clottey to overrate tony. With the accuracy, conditioning, power, and defense he showed that night clottey wouldve beaten anyone that night and even given floyd and williams a run for their money. i dont see how u can discredit someone who trains that hard.

There is no hate for Margarito, It just some of his fans e.g ferocity who scored Hopkins -Tarver a draw...They say as if Margarito is an alltime great. There was a thread couple of weeks back that said "Margarito vs Oscar De La Hoya" and most of margarito fans were saying how margarito is going to KO Oscar within 4 rounds, its just hilarious, then they say floyd is ducking Margarito for 8 mill, and floyd gets the same money for fighting the linear welterweight champion and other fighters call out margarito but the most feared welterweight according to some of his fans does'nt respond to 10 fighters who want to face him, now that clottey did really well against margarito just shows what floyd would do, and yeah PBF34 clottey was countering all the time until he broke his hands, if he did'nt it would have been an easy win for him. some of the fans are actually realistic and agree whats true whats not, and some of the fans say like margarito does'nt have any flaws, etc. Floyd is facing DLH now and Marg fans are saying Floyd is ducking him to fight Oscar lol, im sure floyd is scared of Marg according to ferocity and some others but why would'nt marg face other fighters that have a bigger name then him called him out and have LESS talent than floyd...

Yea people exaggerate, but the way some people praise Margarito is kinda silly, especially with all this "Floyd ducking him" crap. DLH at 154 is a FAR more dangerous fight Floyd, despite DLH being past his prime imo.

Knowledge is posted. Clottey was great that night. And Clottey was winning the early rounds, but Margarito is a slow starter. Without the hand injury we don't know what could have happened. Its still possible that Tony would've won.

Conditioning can sometimes make up for the lack of skill and turn ordinary fighters into something else.
