he (gato) looks to be a pretty decent fighter. is he considered to be on a world level? semi-prospect?

That has to be early in the camp, because when I saw the sparring later in the camp Hatton was more muscular and bulky.

He is world level material, he just beat undefeated Joey Rios in the Garden, and is now 14-2 with 11 KO. Anyone willing to fight a guy like that has balls of steel.
