I think they did when Pac-Morales 3 was about to happen,they approved it for taylor-ouma but not for pac morales because there wasnt enough time for preparations or something.

I think the NSAC didn't want to use the open scoring for Pacquiao/Morales III. I think I read somewhere that the Nevada Commission was against it.

only after the 4th and 8 rounds is open scoring a good idea....that way each fighter knows what he has to do... the championship rounds needs that drama, open scoring during those rounds would take the excitement out of a good fight..

Here is what i am hoping for...

The rounds are all close and all three judges score the first six rounds all for ouma..... from round to round the bood increase as the scores are announced until the hometown crowd rushes the ring destroys the whole setup.... total disaster resulting from a ****** idea.... perfect
