He should take a few tune-ups and go for the belt. I would love to see him beat Mesi to pulp, take on Peter or Tua. But at the same time, I think he could KO Briggs as his tune-up fight just as well.

Brewster was getting hit all night by Liakhovic because of his detatched retina. And never went down. He's also never lost by KO. Weak chin? I think not.

Brewster has won by KO in 29 of 33 wins most of them in the early rounds. Overrated power? I think not. Anyone can pick out a handful of fights to prove their point about a fighter. Brewster is a good heavyweight who would probably have a belt right now if it weren't for his eye.

I wasn't aware that there was a consensus about him having a great chin or power. You did however state that Brewster is overrated himself, which I think you couldn't be more wrong about. He could potentially beat any of the current beltholders and is ranked outside of the top 7-8 by many people.
