    English boxers

    Folks

Being straight up English, I have notice that we have no good boxers in the UK. Top of our tree is Joe Calzaghe, second is Ricky Hatton. Joe C. dodged Bernard Hopkins and Antonio Tarver. Ricky Hatton dodged everyone other than an old Kosta Tszyu. Consequently, Joe C. has lined up a scrap with a UFC bum who has been beaten three times, and Ricky Hatton has lined up a bum who's just only good enough to scrap him.

Are we at an all time low with British fighters?

Name me anyone else....David Haye (joke), Amir Khan (poor man's Naseem Hamed), Carl Froch (average loser).

We have got it all wrong.

Geoff Hayes, argue your way out of this one...

I was born in Mexborough, South Yorkshire. My passport shows my parents' address. I'm as British as it gets.

Doesn't deflect from us having nowt available in England to take on the world, does it? Least of all Ricky Hatton.

Lets be PC about this, Joe Calzaghe is actually Welsh.

If you are not an alt how do you know about Geoff Hayes and his 'English' ties?

I don't really see that much talent coming out of any country for boxing, at least not compared to back in the day. I'll wait and see what is coming out of the former Soviet Union countries.

Way back in the day, in "America", boxing was huge because their were a vast number of hungry immigrants either straight off the boat, or first generation "Americans" from Ireland, England, Germany, Poland, Russia, Italy, etc. willing to fight for food.

                  Dude

I mentioned British, and UK. Which covers the Welsh, in case you didn't know. Mentioned Geoff because he sucks any **** English with boxing gloves on, despite everyone in the UK who is currently boxing being a bum.

I suppose Hatton and Calzaghe are top 10 P4P fighters because they suck then, eh?

And get your facts straight, Calzaghe has never ducked Tarver or Hopkins.. Hopkins priced himself out and Calzaghe never had the chance to fight Tarver because Hopkins got to him first.
