So watch the fight with Quintana first.

That's just the thing...you should watch the Quintana fight and then MAYBE reconsider a little. Cotto looked like a balanced animal last night. Quicker on his feet, better balance, defense was improved. He took some hard shots from Quintana and laughed at them. Quintana is slick and has pop but he couldn't get away from Miguel.

Cotto changed his attack midway through the fight too. He saw what Quintana was doing and adapted. He also happens to be the most heavy handed fighter in the sport today in my opinion. He just physically breaks his opponents body.

I'm not sure if I had a gun to my head and picking the winner was life or death I would say PBF by UD but Cotto's shots do so much damage he might be able to corner PBF in the later rounds if he can get enough leather on him early.

Without having to dehydrate himself I also expected Cotto to be more fluid and throw more combos that we have seen him throw in his last few fights and it proved true. These combo's are exactly what Cotto would need to beat PBF because you definitely can't pop shot PBF.

My heart is with Cotto by my mind tells me PBF but after this last fight its a closer margin than I would've though previously.

I used to think Mayweather would easily beat him, but recently I see he's improved on a lot a things, and just that fact that he cuts off the ring like an animal is something huge, and I think he wins against Mayweather by TKO.

He's not the same slow, stalking boxer he used to be. His defense is better, he's quick on his feet, and he just breaks you down. He attacks the body, he doesn't look for just one punch, he's a monster. Just think of all his opponents and the different ways he's beaten them.
Man listen PBF is methodical and can run and make it look good or attack and make you look bad, Cotto is nice but his future is uncertain who can he fight now that isnt good in his division the top 5 read PBF, Baldi, Hatton, Margarito, Williams.. not to mention my boy Collazo is gunning for any1 with a belt!

Wow ! The Cotto bandwagon is officially open. Listen fellas , I like Cotto myself but lets get realistic here. He aint gonna catch Little Floyd. Floyd will pepper him from the outside and possibly even catch him with a few flash KD's. I am impressed with Cotto though after last night but he's not going to beat Little Floyd. At least not just yet.

Watch the Quintana fight first and then give your opinion. Cotto looked faster & stronger last night and it showed that those extra 7 pounds did wonders. Last time I saw him look like that was when he fought pinto. I noticed this in the sparring sessions he had & I hoped to see in the fight....lets just say I wasn't disappointed.
