All you've said is Hatton is overrated while Cotto was underrated...Apples and Oranges.
1. Everyone has known for a while that Cotto was blowing up big time between fights and was much too big to remain at 140.
2. He Said/She Said doesn't mean diddley-squat. Quintana was being favored by some due to the perceived weakness in Cotto's chin while Ricky was being blown out of proportion somewhat due to his beating of Tszyu and Maussa (sp).
In the end, Cotto was too big for 140 while Hatton is too small for 147; and that has no relation even as to how these two would have matched up at Jr. Welterweight.

Quintana isnt half the fighter collazo is. Collazo knocks Quintana out 9 times out of ten. Hes got more power, hes slicker, and hes quicker.A world class fighter should be able to move up one division and beat a decent fighter. Quintana is as good as Collazo and fought in a similar style. A good 45-50% were picking Quintana to win as opposed to everyone thinking Hatton would dominate Collazo. Hatton should not be mentioned among the elite in boxing today...
We didnt know what kind of fighter Quintana was. He was a good boxer that beat a good prospect. He was just proves as a bit overhyped.
And who cares what Hatton walks around at. when hes at a higher weight, he is fat. When hes at 147, hes not the jacked guy he is at 140. And especially considering the fact that he had 7 weeks to move up a division...
Hatton has proven more then cotto, he has proven more then many boxers. U have to have this guy AT LEAST in ur top 15 p4pComment
