Do you think the IBF is losing credibility?

I cannot believe they declared Ray Austin (!!) Wladimir Klitschko's mandatory.

Is it just me, or is that just a wrong move by the organization?

Who the hell is Austin? But to be honest i dont know how organizations go about choosing who is mandatory challengers.
