I mean I knew Margarito was bad, but he looked like absolute trash tonight. I have gone from giving him a slight chance against Mayweather to no chance in hell

If margarito is so bad then why can't somebody beat him?.....it appeared he had an off night and he still won...he sprain his wrist in the 5th and still kept going...eventhough he had only 1 fight in almost 2 years and that fight lasted 1 minute...Mrgarito is the real deal until he gets beat ...but nobody is willing to step up to the plate...and don't mention williams..he will fight him next and truly expose him...

Margarito is bad because he didn't land ONE good hard punch. He is not accurate, he is not powerful, he does not move well, and he does not have good defensive skills. And he demostrated this before he hurt his hands. He didn't do **** the first 4 rounds, and all he did after that was let his hands go, never once hurting Clottey or coming close to it.

Clottey was handling him pretty easily the first 4 rounds. I know Margarito is a slow starter, but come on, he was making Clottey look like one of the greats! Margarito is trash, sorry. Typical Mexican fighter that takes one to land one and doesn't rely on his skill. He would be wise to look at Mexicans like Barrera and Morales and learn how to box at some point in his career.

Nobody can beat him because he's turning down #1 contenders to fight guys not even ranked in the top 10.

Uhhh, he's been beaten. If he beats another top contender than he can talk **** but from what people are saying he needs to prove more.

Bull****, He hurt Clottey with an uppercut that hand him posting on the corner that let Margarito pound on him. If he was never hurt than he wouldn't have been running away for a whole round and grabbing on to him like if he saw a ghost that had him grabbing Margarito for protection. Like I said in another post, Clottey's defensive was very Winky Wright like, and Margarito did well by working his body from the first round to the end. I can't believe people are acting like Margarito was having a tough fight with Cosme Rivera or whatever his name is.
