If he beats De La Hoya I will finally give him respect...whoever I'm not a Mayweather hater...Just not a mayweather fan. But I doubt he will be able to pull the W off. We should bet some points come May 5th!

Haters will never give him credit, never. Even if he beats everybody, haters will talk about how good was Sugar Ray Robinson, etc... Even if SRR fought in a totally different Era than Pbf.

Haters are made to stay haters...

Oscar DeLaHoya is not old, but he's out of his prime.

And Floyd WILL beat him. I'll give him credit, but he didn't just beat the GFOAT, he beat a semi-washed up figher in ODLH who has a huge following.

Forget points, bet dollars. There is something called paypal and other options we can use. De La Hoya is old news that ran from all the better boxers he faced, no running this time Oscar, Floyd will catch up to you.

I'm a hater, and if Oscar losses we will be "old" then.

dlh hasn't fought anybody on floyd's level for quite a while, i won't be surprised if pbf makes him look old and bad

I am a Floyd fan and I will say this he will get no more respect from me, I think he will win this fight quite easily based on Oscar's age desire and trouble with less craftier fighters Floyd will walk away with this. It may not be pretty and it may be a let down based on hype, but from a boxing stand point it will be one sided I think. Floyd will get real respect when he fights a guy like Mosley someone that it this stage is actually a threat...I hate that he only takes money fights that he will win easily. Can't blame him for making money alot of fighters before him fought all the big fights and retired broke so if Floyd wants to cash in while in his prime so be it, his life , his career...If he wants the fans the media and boxing to give him that ultimate respect that he seems to have for himself he will have to fight the best fighters out there not for money.
