    PARIS – Former two-time heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko and current IBF and IBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko will be named UNESCO Champions by Koïchiro Matsuura, Director-General of the organization, on Monday, Dec. 4.         please excuse my ignorance but vitali has been retired for some time so how can he be eligible for any championship title? i love vitali i wish he would come back and unify!

          UNESCO is not a boxing association.
          And being a champion for UNESCO simply means that you are a very important representative of theirs.
          UNESCO is a charity organisation that helps people in need around the world.

                ....Yeah and the sad part is that if all the anti Klit guys took notice, they might see that the brothers are single handedly doing more for poor and underpriveledged African kids than all the heavyweight homeboys combined.

                  What's ridiculous is that some blacks in this country are totally disrespectful towards African blacks. Do you remember the things Toney said to Samuel Peter? I don't know why that is, most italian-americans are crazy for Italy. Same with the Irish. Why is it different with blacks, where being african or really dark skinned is uncool? Why is there no pride or identity with African culture?
