obviously your brain cant connect the two. Being in school AND a champion is impressive in itself. It'd be surprising if he took on a highly regarded opponent at this stage of his career. If you cant understand that then there's no point in talking to you.

I don't see how Diaz is protected. The top fighters were Castillo and Corrales everybody else imo were almost at a same level. Now that Castillo and Corrales is gone i think Diaz will be the dominate fighter. Both Castillo and Corrales were held up for a 2 years fighting each other. Casamayor wasn't on anybodys mind till the Corrales fight. Chavez had just won his title. J. Diaz was just starting his comback after Castillo. So who is Diaz protected from?
