              Fighters who go the traditional route - British, Commonwealth, European - beat the best American in their weight class basically as much as the best American in their weight class beats them. That's fact through history, anyway.

              Witter is the latest example.


              Anyway, back on topic, am I the only one who thought Lacy looked **** against Reid and Pemberton??

                As for Calzaghe, he's beat the best America's had to offer time and again - Sheika, Brewer, Mitchell, Lacy. Good fighter.
