Ive heard it was a robbery, but James has been on the other end atleast twice. I never know what to expect in a Toney fight. I thought he lost to Rahman and he got a draw. I thought he cleanly beat Peter and he lost. I thought he beat Griffin in the second fight and he lost. I thought the Jirov fight was very close and he ended up winning by 5 rounds.

The Jirov fight was much closer than the scorecards indicated. The cards were wrong for the Toney-Peter fight, but it was no landslide. Either a draw, or one guy ahead of the other by a round or two depending on what you look at when you score. That fight was not a great showing or dominant win for either guy.

What's funny is you accusing me of being cliche, right while you're back trolling in a James Toney thread talking about a fight you most likely didn't see.

Toney deserved to lose the fight. I had him losing the decision, but it was obvious he hadn't trained and didnt have his mind in the fight. There's no excuse for that but everybody loses, and it was one of the few times in his career. It's obvious and goes without saying at his best Tiberi wouldn't have touched him.

The Toney Jirov fight was compeitive, but Toney clearly won more rounds. They were competitive rounds, but one guy still clearly won more.

And as usual, your stubborn ignorance comes out about the Peter fight. 100% of Press at ringside had Toney winning the fight. Not ONE person scored it for Peter.

85% of the people on this site, even rabbid Toney haters, had it scored for Toney and many called it a robbery.

You're a hatefull tool motivated by spite, and the fact you went on like a broken record about how "Toney will get blown out if four rounds" had you clinging to a minority opinion to try and save face.

Toney clearly beat Sam Peter. He out threw and out landed him in almost every round, and clearly out boxed him.

You're a trolling biased little ****, and you look like a goof.

I have that on tape. I had Tiberi winning by a landslide. Not sure what you saw. In fact, a few years later, Toney admitted he should have lost that fight.
