IMO, the best way to beat Pac (gulp ) is to counter punch him all night... Disregarding a potential thread hi jack from xcaret and ferocity, JMM is still the best prospect to have a CHANCE with Manny. He is still vulnerable to counters.

i agree. jmm still is the type of boxer that could spell trouble for pac. he's just waiting & waiting for pac to get off-balanced and then unleashes his punches. that's why jmm is the fighter i'd like pac to meet next. to see if what they've been working on for the past 2 years will earn him the victory against jmm.

what i mean about backing up pacquiao is inside fighting and working your way in, not coming in brawling.
everytime erik backed up pacquaio in their first fight manny didn't throw and looked a bit flustered, even roach was saying don't let him back you up back him up.

read the rest of what i wrote too instead of picking out one instance in manny's career when he got a knockdown moving back. like i said manny wasn't being forced back he was using his footwork(with what he has) and was evading morales' attack. that wasn't pressure that was moving manny back it was an attack and an exchange, manny was moving out to the side.

but i know what ever i say is going to be scrutinized by over zealous pac fans and people are going to say that manny was moving back, which he was, but he wasn't being forced backwards in that little gif..........

he wasn't being forced back with a solid jab and moved against his will.
This over zealous pacfan doesn't mean to hurt your feelings man. Just pointing out that pac can now deliver those haymakers in off balanced position while being backed up unlike in the first fight. If you call that brawl or that they are exchanging blows in that instant and that manny is not really being backed up, then no problem. LOL!

I would say Guzman has the best chance.
I cant think of any other fighters that could beat Pac, unless he moves up and faces Casamayor or Diaz, which would be some incredible fights.

At the same time, that was against Morales, who didnt calculate anything and simply ran in attempting to land big shots. A calculating boxer with could power could make Pac pay for making mistakes.

                Morales is not calculating?

Besides putting Barrera or Marquez in front of him, show him a contract.

Its funny to say pacquioa is ****** because he didn't finish school, that ridicules. Many successfull people didn't even finish high school. If you don't got school smarts and you don't have street smarts then pacquioa is one dumb ****er. At least he could get good people behind him.
