Pernell deserves a pound for pound profile, i mean he completly dominated at lightweight, went up to 147 and took the linear belt, then he went up to 154 and beat Julio cesar Vasquez, and he was recognized as the 2nd best 154 behind terry norris at the time with a record of 50-1. Pernell's fight over chavez is basically considered a win just like armstrong's fight against the middleweight champ is basically a win. Not to mention that pernell took pineda's belt at 140 too.
