i dont think acne would pop from being punched since it's under the skin and has to be squeezed out

if a boxer had really bad acne he would probably have a lot of scar tissue though. due to this he could have less feeling in his face (not that boxers feel much pain during the fight anyways) or he could have more scar tissue which leads to easier cuts

hmmm interesting...I've actually haven't seen many boxers with acne. Could it be cause of their diet and the way they excercise?
