It wasnt a "no mas" in the same way Duran quit against Leonard.
Duran quit not because he was gettin beat up, but because Leonard was frustrating him, outboxing him, and humiliating him. I believe that was the main reason he quit, it hurt his pride to be made fun of.

Morales knew he had nothing left to give, and was SMART enough to quit.
