Pacquioa doesn't punch harder then Mayweather and i would say he doesn't punch as hard as Laporte. pacquioa is over rated, neither time did he rush Morales, because pacquioa was scared of Morales power, it wasn't untill he saw that Morales wasn't up to the task. pacquioa = overrated.
