My Thoughts On Last Night's Fights!

1st off I didnt see the Pac fight last week so thats why Im talking about it now. Let me also say that just because I dont think that Pac should be over Floyd, doesnt mean that I dont like Pac. I was one of the few that said he would kick MAB's ass.

Pac still has alot of flaws. He's getting better but before last night, everytime you watch him or watch highlights of him, he seems by far the most sloppiest elite fighter Ive ever seen. That **** is ugly to me alot of times. He's off balance, punching with the wrong had at the wrong time, and just throws sloppy punches even though there straight. Horrible technique. Last night he looked better but still has flaws.

To his credit I will say this, has Pac ever been as close to as big as he was last night? What did he come into the ring at in his previous couple of fights? He was huge. People need to stop playing him as a small guy. Last night he was easily one of the biggest guys in boxing. Coming into the ring at 144 for a 130 pound fight? His physique was awesome. He's by far the best built guy in the sport right now. He's always been cut but last night he looked like a ****in rock. EM has no chance if he's not going to be the bigger, stronger man. You could see that his punches had mad power.

Thats also what upsets me though. Pac knows he's a big guy and if I want to beat somebody then I want to beat the best of them. He couldve easily let that fight happened at 135. Not saying that EM wouldve won but I wouldve loved to see it and I think he wouldve showed himself much better. I also would like to see EM have another fight. I disagree with people who says that he should retire. Its the same thing I said about Hopkins. You owe it to yourself to have one fight at a normal weight or you will always wonder how you wouldve done. Hopkins came back at 175 and looked awesome. I would love to see Morales have another fight at 135 and truthfully, maybe even 140. He is a tall guy and I think he could possibly look like Hopkins at 175.

As for JMM, I used to be a big fan of his. Besides Floyd, he may have been my favorite fighter. Out of him, EM, & MAB, I thought he was the best one but then the Pac fight came and I was dissapointed. I was actually dissapointed in both of them. I was upset that Pac looked so one deminsonal & got 3 first round KD's but still had that close of a fight. I was upset at JMM because he is a brilliant boxer but he kept getting caught with the same left hand all night.

Which leads me to JMM vs Pac 2. Alot of people think JMM can beat him or has a good chance and I think he could easily beat him but I also think he could easily get killed and if I had to pick one then I would say that he would get killed. I forgot who JMM fought before the guy he fought last night but I was not impressed at all. Everyone sweated JMM like he looked so great but I thought he looked like crap. Sure he came on strong and won but that guy killed him with big lefts all night, busted his nose up, and hurt him. If that was Pac he wouldve been finished. I couldnt believe that everyone thought he looked so great. Then last night was the same thing. He should get props for his warrior heart and the way he finished but he again got murdered by straight lefts. To me he just had to drag down wars with guys who are solid but nothing special and he got busted up in both of them and could never stop the left. If thats Pac then he's KO. I dont see him having much of a chance, e****ally now that Pac looks like a ****ing WW in the ring.

I think Pac kills MAB also. Theoratically he could be outboxed by both of them but he's too big at 130 right now and he's faster then both of them. I think Valero could possibly beat him and that fight would look like Hagler-Hearns. Im not at all impressed by Valero because he looks so sloppy & gets hit too clean but he's just like Pac. They both fight the same way and is good as Pac is, his D sucks and EM caught him with alot of good punches. Valero could catch him flush and straight Knock him out and he is also a lefty which would give Pac a different look and it wont be so easy for him to catch him with blind punches. Guzman could also give him trouble just because he's such a bad ass and has crazy boxing skill. I would love to see that any day

thats apart of negotiating and part of the fight game. so if you say that Pac isnt a competitor because he didn't want to fight Morales at 135, then you can say the same thing about Mayweather when he said he wouldn't fight Corrales at 135 it had to be at 130! he made corrales come/stay down at 130. same thing applies.

you all are just being negative. plain and simple.

So, that's Floyd Mayweather you're talking about. He's known for pulling bull**** like that. Pacquiao on the other hand is thought to be one of the gamest guys in the sport. I lost a great deal of respect for him after he came in looking like a beast at 144 before the fight. He knew Erik didn't want to fight at 130 because he was weaker at that weight. He tricked Morales into draining himself one last time. What was wrong with 135 if he was going to come at 144? I'm not hating at all. It's the facts. How can you counter that argument? What’s real is real and we all know he tricked Erik. There is no excuse for that type of ****. I know the Pinoys will get their tampons all raddled up after this statement but Pacman pulled a ***** move. He'll contnue to ****ed everyone up at 130. The guy is the most ripped athlete in boxing and looked great at 144. Why not move up to 135-140? M-E-G-A fights everywhere.

I agree with most of what you said there.

Except for the wieght thing, you cant blame pac for wanting the fight at 130.You dont give that mental edge to your opponent.

What are you talking about? Thats not the same thing at all. EM had just lost 2 straight fights in which he had been shutout & KO. He looks gaunt at every weigh in and anyone could see that he shouldnt be fighting at 130. He also didnt want to fight there.

Chico on the other hand, had been at 130 his whole life, just killed Manfredy, Jukko, and Smoke Gainer all be early KO, and he just fought Floyd only 3 months after Knocking Out Manfredy in 3 rounds. This is where it gets too funny though. Over 3 years later and guess what? Chico was still at 130 fighting top fighters like Casamayor and winning. Until his last fight he was still only at 135.

People just hate Floyd so much and like to take everything away from him but thats a complete joke and if anyone believes that then there a fool

Here are my thought on the subject, Morales lost cause he just didn't have the fight in him anymore, you could tell from his walk to the ring, but Pacman still kicked his ass, if Morales had believed that he had a chance he would have kept fighting, but he knew it was over & there was nothing he could do to win(more respect to him cause he fought hard & knew when to stay down, Morales has and always will be a Warrior). As for JMM, he looked real good against Jaca, but Pacman would have stopped him long before Jaca gave up(the man took a lot of hard shots, but the most damage Jaca did was with his head), I think that Barrera has the best chance to out-box Pacman to a decision. Great post DLT, I tend to agree with most of it.

On a different note all these ****in' nuthuggers that swear that Morales wasn't beat by Pacman & on the other side that Pacman beat a prime Morales are both equally full of ****.

Good points, I think we shall see Pac at 135 in the future, 140 would be too much though. I think he just grew into 130. Isn't their a new regulation that limits how much weight you can put on after the weigh in? If so then pac was within the limits. I wouldn't rush him up to 135 though when he has unfinished business at 130. I think he couldve fought Morales at 135 and done the same thing, but I guess he had control of the situation for once were he did not in the first fight. He said Morales could come in at 132, but would pimp morales for some dough if he did. It was all about control.

TRICK?????? I do think its not the proper word.....

First, the stipulation that in the event MORALES losses in the MORALES-PAC II, he shall have the option to call for a rematch at 130 lbs was both agreed upon....NOTE: the contract was made by both parties well before the loss came(2nd FIGHT).No one ever knew what the outcome of the 2nd fight would be ,not PAC nor MORALES. How could have PAC tricked him when the stipulation in question was already made prior to the 2nd fight?

Second, I'm pretty sure that the contract stipulations were agreed upon BY BOTH PARTIES, meaning, it is a BILATERAL CONTRACT.Unless you proved that the consent of MORALES was vitiated or he didn't knew of the stipulations therein, you cannot assert fraud on the part of PAC.

Third, prior to the 3rd fight, MORALES may or may not fight PAC at 130 lbs. HE HAS THE OPTION TO FIGHT OR NOT .Its not like he was forced to do it, ain't it?He choosed to and he lost.FAIR AND SQUARE.

FOURTH, PAC has every right to come in on the fight night at whatever weight he wants, PROVIDED, it is within the limits set forth by the athletic commision. There was no stipulations in the contract to the contrary and his weight is within the rules...SO FAIR AND SQUARE....

IF Eric has faults going in to the fight DONT BLAME IT ON PAC.PAC DIDNT FORCED ERIC TO FIGHT IN THE 3RD FIGHT..........DID HE??????
