I washed them and then the velcro started to peel off. I used to use ace bandages cuz I was too cheap to buy new ones.

I've been using gauze wraps almost exclusively now for about the last 5 years. They feel damn comfortable from start to finish, and I haven't even so much as bruised a knuckle while in training since I started. Simply throw them away after you're done with them. You can go to local medical supply stores or ringside.com and buy them by the box full for no more then about 10 cents a roll.

TKO Gloves have too much padding on the top, they won't get your hands hard.

No better glove out there than Reyes in my opinion, but I'm not rich enough to personally own a pair

My gloves are Blitz and I find them good enough.

Go look on online auction sites, you'll be surprised at how cheap you can pick up a pair. I got a pair of 10, 12, and 16ozers all damn dirt cheap and brand new off of ebay.

i rotate my "twins" and "lonsdale" 16ounces for sparring.
Both are good. The twins have lasted 4 years, no problem.
