    Winky's jab vs. Quartey's jab

Who do you think has the better jab? I'm going to have to go with Winky. But Quartey's jab is almost as good as a straight right or left hand. My main question is since Quartey's has a strong jab, do you think it can consistenly get through Winky's guard? And what else can Quartey do if his jab is neutralized. Should he keep throwing it and land at a low percentage if Winky defends well? Or should he disregard his jab and **** away at the body? I'm interested in you guys opinion.

Winky is the bigger fighter, so his jab is going to be stronger. As for better, when Quartey gets is going his jab is really accurate and fast. Imo, Quartey should use his jab and let his hands fly on the counter to Winkys shots. All night long jab, then counter whatever Winky is throwing then go back to the jab. I don't think Quartey has the strength to fight Winky on the inside. But we'll see next week.

      Winky better jab.
Ike has very little shot againts winky.
I guess going to the body is his best shot. He doesnt have the power to break trough his d so he might need to use boxing skill but he is out done at that 2.

Why should Quartey try and break down Winkys defence when Quartey can just keep Winky on defence all night. Let Winky keep his guard up round after round and win rounds. Imo, as long as Quartey understand that he is not the stronger fighter, and try and box and counter Winky i could see Quartey pulling off the upset.

I didn't say he should I said he couldn't. Winkys jab will hit ike first and keep him away. Ike will trow and never get passed the hands.

do you guys think if Quartey steps left or right he can have a more effective attack? Basically I'm mean side to side movement.

Yes ike is to in and out style. You need to comein at angles and around the elbows to hit the body flush.

I think he'll probably have too, cause Winky like to walk forward, i dont' recall how good Quartey is on moving side to side or giving angles, i don't recall hiim doing this in his fights. Usally from what i recall Quartey like Winky just comes forward throwing punchs. Winky is the one that can boxing and give angles but even if Winky can cut off the ring on Quartey which may be capable of doing so i don't see him bringing this stratagy again Quartey, but who knows.

It's kind of tough to find the tempo with Winky. You can either go with Solamin and try an all out attack. But with that strategy Winky would counter effectively. Or you can be like Taylor and be agressive in spurts. I could see Quartey becoming indecisive in this fight at times. Hopefully, it will be for a short period of time, because it could become a jabfest similar to the Trinidad fight.

Trinidad when he found out he was in againts a better fighter he didn't trow many punches, maybe do to bad memorys.
I don't see ike haveing that problem. He will let the hands go. A while ago I posted that winky might get a ko, I'm sticking with it. I forgot what round I called I think it was 10th
