He knew he was losing the fight and had no chance of hurting JMM. Why get beat up for the little 50K he was getting for this fight.

I have to say if this kid Jaca had some power he would've been great, he def can take a good punch.

As for JMM another impressive win, he's showed alot of stamina today, considering the amount of blood he lost because of the headbut!

I do agree with Max that Pac should fight JMM instead of Barrera, but Max, Pac stopped Barrea in 11 not 5.

......The problem is that he had nothing to hurt JMM with as you said. He was game as hell and fought well but he couldn't hurt JMM enough to keep him off or discourage his offense.

yeah, getting up to "rough up" Marquez a bit more was not worth it at his age...he already proved his toughness vs a world class guy...

at 23 to fight with that kind of grit vs one of the best P4P fighters of the last decade+ says a lot...he could have a bright future...especially with him saying that he has no other hobbies but Boxing
