Boxing not well in Connecticut

My son is having a hard time finding boxing clubs in Connecticut

most of the new gyms and Health clubs will not allow a Boxing

Ring on the premises.



I called and asked the managers at several different Health Clubs

and fitness centers why they did not have a Boxing Ring and I got

many different reason.



The most common reason was insurance policy.The second was

most clubs and center felt there was not enough interest in the

sport.



I live near a large city in Connecticut and was able to get my son

into a Youth Boxing Club.Back in the 1960 we had Boxing Clubs in

every part of town. I hope this is not happening all over the country.



I wish I could do something to change the minds of these new fancy

health fitness centers that are popping up all over the place.

lol, not only do people think boxing clubs are unacceptable....

but most restaurant chains and sports bars have policies that do not allow boxing to even be shown on television cause its too violent.

damons... applebees.. chilis wont allow it amongst others.

Just when i was about to share the reason why they took boxing away from golds gym -lame reason- in my city then i see the pics the ****er is fishing or whatever the **** they call that **** where they try getting you to another site or sell crap. Ban him i command thee.
