before anything else, lest this thread be the start again of annoying, immature and ugly mudslinging. PLEASE DONT TAKE MANNY'S STATEMENTS SERIOUSLY.

my cousin was at the press conference and it was a festive atmosphere. manny was happy and obviously joking and fooling around. he was like a guy high on doobie. it was obvious that he was just so happy to be back home with his wife and kids. and he was fooling and toying around with the reporters.

ive seen the press con also on tv, and yes he was not serious. he was joking around and having fun.

but based on the statements and body language, indeed the 2 names that are likely to be manny's next opponent - valero or barrera. or barrera-valero depends on which side you are in.

and according to my cousin, when he was serious for a few minutes, he did gave much respect to both marco antonio barrera and valero.

manny has high respects for barrera, its obvious.
