I have to disagree here. Morales was a better and stronger brawler than Barrera. Pacquiao will walk through everything that Barrera brings and will stop him earlier this time around. I am not even a big Pacquiao fan, just in case.

      lets review the MAB-EM fight.

      MAB-EM 1:
It was a brawling fight from the start. It was close but i give MAB the win. I think MAB was robbed thee

      MAB-EM 2:
both fight where cautious so it was a more boxing and Morales won IMO.

      MAB-EM 3:
MAB won in every angle of the fight he was a better boxer and brawler. EM didnt want to fight anymore after that.

bodywise Morales have a better reach advantge that MAB and that helps him alot in boxing around e****ally thhe first Pac fight. MAB lost to Pac because he underestimated him and was toe-to-toe and wanted to brawl he didnt move around the ring like he did with Jaruez.

who is better EM or MAB?
I would say MAB because every lose MAB get he comes better than before. usually when you underestimat a fight like MAB did during the Pac fight and Pac during Morales fight it cause a loss.

You are using the fights between them to come to your conclusion. Think of other opponents that both Morales and Barrera faced. What about Pacquiao or Junior Jones? Barrera has the style to beat Morales and Morales also has the style to beat him. Their fights will always be wars, but what about other common opponents? I say Barrera is the better pure boxer, but Morales is the better brawler and has more heart.

Morales is alway been a better boxer but he could brawl once in a while.

If you notice how morales wont Pac in the first fight by boxing and using the jab. The guy got reach and hieght to control the fight.

but the problem with morales is that he go so much pride and feel like he is a ***** if he he backup and that is a wrong thing to be put in the mind and that what makes people think that he is a better brawler than Barrera is the attuide.

Morales is very courageous, no doubt. I see Morales as a more effective brawler, mainly because of his size advantage over many opponents. I don't say that his skills are lame because they are not. He has great skills and is one of my favorite boxers ever, but I don't say that Barrera is a bad brawler because he is effective himself. However, Barrera has to be competitive against Pacquiao to make me think that he is a more effective brawler than Erik.

At 122 Morales is definitely better because he KO'd Jones, who beat Barrera twice. Barrera has been better in recent years, but Pacquiao beat his ass the first time they fought and probably will again, and Erik was able to beat Manny when they first fought. Styles do make fights but these wins over Manny and JJ definitely help Erik when you compare him with Barrera

Barrera won Morales twice. even if the first fight was robbed and the second one was gifted so it cancels out.

and in most 10 ten p4p mexician they alway rank barrera better than morales as well as p4p barrera been in 10 p4p for couple of weeks while morales is out of the top 10
