I bet nobody ****ed with Rid**** Bowe in the streets of Brooklyn. That fool had a temper and fist to back it up. I still think it was ****ed up what he did to Donald, i thought Donald had a good shot at beating Bowe before the sucker punch, Bowe was on the down fall and you could see it. He loved to eat, and didn't train as he should have when he was younger at least thats what i've heard. But he was a baddass fighter for short period of time, too bad him and Lewis never fought would have been a great fight. And Lewis back then would have engaged with Bowe and that would have been his down fall.

Rid**** Bowe was a great fighter...he beat Prime Holyfield Twice, and stopped him once. He had all the weapons...He just hope he stopped over eating, and that he was in a good shape. Man no one can **** with fighters from Brooklyn....Rid****....Tyson...etc

Ill, I forget about that line from X.

Bowe's overhand right was nasty, in comparison to the all-time greats in the heavyweight division, I'd place him in the top-ten in that category only.

i respect bowe for being one of the greatest world champs but by the same talkin'one of the most under rated boxers, he did beat some good guys out there(holyfield-twice) & only one career loss went to holyfield because of fanman incident that sent his wife to hospital

Bowe was sweet...his overhand right was a beast of a punch...lets not forget his jab, it had great snap on it and it setup his right.

One thing about Bowe that doesn't seem to get mentioned is how great he was for his size...he was better than Lewis on an athletic stand point...Emanuel "I nuthug on all my fighters" Steward talks about how great Wlad is, but Bowe had better balance (when in shape) and he never ran out of gas like Wlad did, even when he showed up with his buddies Ben & Jerry in his stomach.

I don't know why Bowe didn't fight Lewis: even if he lost to him in the Olympics, that was the amatuers...Bowe just needed somebody tough in his corner to give him a bit of a boost to fight Lewis and I think he stood a chance, at least he did before the Holyfield wars.
