I think this would be a superb scrap. I think Pac has the definite edge in power and has actually shown an improvement in technicque under Freddy Roach. On the other hand, some people call Guzman the "poor man's Mayweather" and I have been impressed from what I've seen. Great defense and good boxing ability. I thought Barrios was tough and he beat him soundly. I think Guzman wins a SD.

Both Guzman and Pacquiao give each other problems. Guzman's slickness could frustrate the hell out of Pacman....That said, Manny's power can lay Guzman out! Its a pick em type fight, I'd love to see happen.

** Guzman needs to make a name for himself. Manny's a rock star, and they only want him for the headliner.

I'd favor Manny now, but it's a big challenge that he has to be in shape for, no doubt.

I would love to see how pac prepares and handles a slick boxer like Guzman. Its a high risk low reward fight though compared to the money he could be making fighting bigger names but i'd pay to see it.
I'm not sure what you mean by greate deffense. I saw Guzmans' hands down through most of the fight and eat a lotta looping shots from Barrios. Once those nasty right hooks and Pman's famous four punch combinations start landing its gonna make this fight very interesting. I gotta go with Pman on this one.

If Guzman is slow, then Diego Corrales has no punching power.
