I think it's a tactic. Pacquiao is a true ambassador of the sport and will reconcile any differences between Arum and Delahoya. Just wait and see, the next thing you know, you'll see pictures of Bob and Oscar hugging with Pac in the middle.

First of all, Pac doesn't really need a promoter. He has his own promotional company and I don't think he'd have a hard time finding opponents regardless if they're under Top Rank or GBP considering he is the most exciting fighter in the world.

Wait the biggest fights are with golden boy. And b-hop mab and mosely all share percentage of income so pac don't pay them individualy.

I kinda like Arum because of what he did to Morales' carreer. Morales got good competition, good money and some occasions Morales fought regular HBO. GBP put Barrera vs Fana and Barrera vs Peden on PPV. Now Pac is huge, Oscar would definitely put Pacquiao everything PPV (if Oscar gets Pac).
