None of that is serious from what I can tell. It's a short film, not a fight. No one would purposely act stunned after being thrown down onto the canvas. No ref would count that as a knockdown, and no ref would shove the smaller kid with a shirt onto the ground.

Hell the kid would not be wearing a shirt and he would not be fighting someone who looks a 100 lbs heavier.

What is it is just about the most bizarre video I've ever seen on the internet. I'd like to know why it was filmed, and who made it. It's one of those films where the more you know about boxing, the funnier it is. A casual sports fan would not realize just how off the wall insane this is.

funny ****, i like that the ref wasn't taking any **** and went after old boy.

plus what was up with old boys hair, that style rocks, is that the russian version of the mullet? shaved sides, it almost looks like a three stooges hair cut.
